Fifth graders from Školská Street Primary School in Spišské Podhradie went to explore the Sivá Brada peatland, thanks to the National Park Slovak Paradise based in Spišská Nová Ves.
The reeds were mowed and the children helped with raking. They went to the site on foot and with rakes and even after a long hike they were in a great mood. Thanks to the teacher Mrs. Lesnicka for her willingness to accompany the children! The trip took place in June 2023.
